Muscular memory: What it is and how to use it!

Did you know that underneath our skin there is a whole world made out of more than 70 muscles and 29 bones? With age, our facial muscles dry out and shrink, causing our skin to sag. Our skin tries to fight this process, but is unable to do so. Exercises allow the regeneration of proper anatomical form of corset muscles, relax the facial muscles, and get rid of muscle spasms. As a result, the shape of the face reestablishes its proper contour, and the appearance of wrinkles is reduced

Selfie Lift”  is a modern non-surgical method of effective face lift that does not require expensive cosmetic and medical procedures. This is a complex consisting of strength, lifting and relaxing exercises. Strength focused on the zygomatic muscles, as well as help lift the cheeks, to model the face by creating volume in this area. Also, strength exercises on the frontal muscles affect the condition of the upper eyelid.

It is no secret that with age, muscle mass decreases, lymph stagnation occurs, microcirculation in tissues slows down – all this leads to a decrease in physiological functions. It is with this that the unique method of face fitness is supposed to fight.

“With the process of Selfie Lift, it is very important that no new wrinkles and folds appear on the face, because we cause them ourselves. A person can not have wrinkles in the place where he does not have a certain mimic habit of laying them. These habits can also be adjusted, the face will still be alive, moving, emotional, but without unnecessary wrinkles. We teach not only the techniques of fitness, massage and lifting, but also the conscious preservation of youth ”.

Muscular memory: What it is and how to use it!

Everyone who is fond of sports and at least occasionally pays attention to theory has heard about muscle memory. But often our knowledge of it leaves much to be desired.

What is muscle memory?

Muscle memory is the restructuring of muscle cells that occurs under the influence of physical training. Norwegian scientists from the University of Oslo have shown that muscle fibers have their own memory, and its mechanism is associated with the appearance of new nuclei in them.

With the increase in the number of nuclei in the cells, scientists have linked muscle growth. More working genes allowed to synthesize more actin and myosin – contractile muscle proteins. Contrary to initial expectations, the nucleus did not disappear with a decrease in the intensity and level of muscular load. For three months of muscular atrophy, they remained in standby mode, and with the resumption of training, they began to function actively, enhancing protein synthesis and hypertrophic processes.

Muscular memory is another gift of nature, a hidden resource, testifying to our great potential. Do not neglect them.
